Using Pigments
Mix your pigment with a small amount of water, glycerin or oil to make a slurry. When your soap gets near slight trace, remove a small portion of soap from your batch. Add your pigment slurry to this small portion of soap. Once mixed well into the small portion of soap add that small portion back to either the batch or a portion of a batch you wish to color. A stick blender is helpful in distributing the pigment evenly throughout your soap batch.
